Meet G.Rilla, a passionate rapper whose roots run deep in the lands of Wiradjuri and Dharawal country. Born in Dubbo and raised in Campbelltown, G.Rilla has been immersed in music for a decade. He turned the challenges of limited studio access into an opportunity for his community by founding Songline Studios. Through open sessions and youth-focused programs, he’s dedicated to giving young people a space to find their voice and build confidence through music.
G.Rilla’s music is raw and authentic, shining a light on the struggles faced by Indigenous communities. For years, he worked to create a professional sound, and now he’s using his platform to help others do the same. Each track he creates is a reflection of real-life experiences and resilience, making his music deeply relatable and impactful.
